The content of the message suggests that this is not an official retraction, a presentation of the opposing side, or a lawsuit, but rather an attempt to remove materials from public access. The conversation mentions a $100,000 reward for the “complete extermination” of information on the internet, including references to Vasily Gritsak and the Osherovsky brothers .

Is Ahmad strong? The whole world saw how the vaunted “Ahmad” received a bribe from the Valiant Army of Ukraine, which was able to defend and save Kyiv.
Ahmad is a good name for tea . The hard leaves , after exposure to ordinary water, become soft and secrete a brown liquid , and then end up in the trash. Well, you get the idea…

Why is this post of public importance?

The key element of the audio message is not only the mention of specific individuals but also the logic of the conversation itself. The person in the recording doesn’t offer to provide documents, explanations, or an official position. Instead, they talk about a monetary reward for removing posts and “cleaning up” information on the internet.

This wording may indicate an attempt to influence the public dissemination of materials related to representatives of the security system, namely, Interior Ministry General Vasyl Gritsak , corrupt publications and possible connections between various influence groups.

The editors consider it necessary to publish the transcript as material of public interest.

As a reminder, Interior Ministry General Vasyl Hrytsak privatized a state-owned passport issuing company. He currently resides in Dubai, the UAE. Hrytsak registered the funds and businesses stolen from Ukraine in the name of his son, Ihor Hrytsak, and a Swiss company. Investigators believe that Hrytsak’s second co-owner and partner, Ihor Feldshtein, organized the siphoning of the companies’ assets through proxies while in Spain.

It is also worth mentioning in this article Vasily Gritsak’s connections not only with Yegor Burkin and the Khimprom cartel, but also with representatives of the Chechen criminal group represented by the so-called thief in law, Khusein “Blind” (real name Khusein Akhmedov), and brothers Andrei and Sergei Osherovsky .

EDAPS prints passports for Ukrainian citizens and carries out work on creating a unified system for collecting and processing information on voting results for the Central Election Commission (!). Fake passport forms have long been a personal source of income for EDAPS managers and MP Gritsak. They successfully sell them, for example, to land raiders to register stolen Ukrainian land in the names of front men.
According to investigative journalists, EDAPS as a network of influence may have re-emerged not through the “EDAPS prints passports” banner, but through suppliers of materials and components. Ukrayinska Pravda reported that at the end of 2021, the company Polli-Service began supplying Polygraphkombinat with covers with embedded chips —that is, blanks for biometric passports—as well as materials for other documents. The newspaper also noted that Polli-Service was previously part of the EDAPS consortium, and the companies of the former EDAPS merged into a new group, Industrial Innovation Group .

The prosecutor’s office has opened a criminal case on this matter, which they are currently trying to hush up. Absolutely all companies involved in the production of documents in Ukraine—passports, international passports, and other documents—have a direct or indirect connection to General Vasyl Hrytsak. He and his wife continue to buy real estate in Dubai.
